The Platform

The AI&S Global Platform

A reusable enterprise intelligence layer for knowledge, reasoning, decisions and actions.

The platform connects enterprise data, domain knowledge, AI reasoning, agents and governance into a common architecture.

Architecture

A common architecture, end to end

Each layer has a defined responsibility, and the output of one becomes the input of the next. The same path runs underneath every Decision Intelligence Pack.

This describes the platform architecture and the capability model that guides how we build. The layers are at different stages of maturity, and not every one is a finished commercial module today.

Capability model

What the platform is responsible for

Capabilities are built once at the platform level so they can be configured, rather than rebuilt, for each business problem.

Enterprise Knowledge
Connect structured and unstructured enterprise information — applications, databases, documents and policies — and make it usable by AI.
Context & Retrieval
Assemble the information relevant to a specific decision, so reasoning works from the right evidence rather than everything available.
Decision Intelligence
Combine data, domain knowledge, evidence and business rules to produce a recommendation that can be explained.
Agent Orchestration
Coordinate defined tasks and workflow steps using the context and decisions the platform has produced.
Governance
Apply the permissions, controls and policy constraints an organization requires before a decision is acted upon.
Evaluation
Measure behaviour against representative cases, so performance can be assessed before and during use.
Traceability
Retain the evidence, reasoning and approvals behind a decision so it can be reviewed after the fact.
Human Approval
Route decisions to people where accountability, judgment or regulation requires a person to decide.
Workflow Integration
Connect the resulting decisions and actions back into the enterprise systems where the work already happens.
